Yes, we accept returns on unused, unwound yarn in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
How do I ensure I get the same dye lot for my project?
Our team automatically matches dye lots for all multi-skein orders of the same yarn. If we are unable to match the dye lots, we will contact you before shipping your order.
