At Beehive Wool Shop, we want you to be delighted with your crafting supplies; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Ensure your yarn is in its original skein with labels intact, and that needles or patterns are unopened and in resalable condition.

  Prepare Your Package

  Include a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation email inside the parcel to ensure we can identify your transaction.

  Ship Items Back

  Send your return via a tracked mail service to our storefront address; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
