Chenille Checkerboard Blanket Kit in Chenillove

Chenille yarn is beloved by children for its soft feel, and by parents for its washability. This classic baby blanket will surely be loved and cuddled for many years. It serves as a great introduction to basic intarsia, while still being a very relaxing knit.

Kit includes: 4 balls of Rico Design Creative Chenillove and the Chenille Checkerboard  Blanket pattern.

• Fairy Dust: 2 balls each of #05 Pink and #17 Berry
• Puddle Jumping: 2 balls each of #18 Aquamarine and #19 Turquoise
• Snowdrop: 2 balls each of #01 Cream and #21 Green

Skills Required: Stockinette stitch and seed stitch (knit and purl), basic intarsia (instructions provided)

• 4.5mm (US 7), 80cm (32") circular needle, or size needed to achieve gauge

• Tapestry/Darning Needle
• Blocking tools (Optional: Wool wash, T-pins or Knit Blockers)
